A Little About Me
I’ve been cooking since I was four years old — literally standing on a step stool beside my grandmother, learning that food is how we say “I love you.” Those early years gave me something culinary school couldn’t teach: an intuitive feel for flavors and a deep belief that feeding people well is one of life’s greatest joys.
I went on to graduate from a premier culinary institute (with honors!), worked in restaurant kitchens, ran a catering company, and spent the last 15+ years testing thousands of recipes, tools, and systems in my own kitchen. But my favorite moments? Still the simple ones: a perfect pie crust, a pantry that actually makes sense, a dinner party where everyone feels at home.
